UK Postage & Packing is charged at a flat rate of £4.95.  A signature is required on all deliveries. 

For delivery outwith the UK please contact us directly. 

Please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery although we will endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible.  Orders within the Inverness area will be hand delivered.

Should there be any delay with availablility or the despatch of your order you will be contacted within 48 hours.

We are confident you will be delighted with all your purchases from The Drawing Room. However, should you be unhappy with any item please return to us, as new, within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

If any item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange. if you fail to contact us within the 7 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.

We regret that unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned.
